Public Hearings January 26, 2021

On November 24, 2020 Council gav
e notice of intent to approve the Heritage Property By-law, RH-001 and the Repeal of Police Advisory Board By-laws.
A virtual Public Hearing will be held on January 26, 2021 at 6 pm. The Public Hearing will be available to be viewed live on the Municipal Facebook page at www.facebook.com/RMWindsorWestHants.
Details of the proposed "Heritage Property By-law" can be found in the pdf Report to Council (665 KB) and pdf Public Hearing Presentation (2.39 MB) or from the Municipal Office, 76 Morison Dr, Windsor. Members of the public are welcomed to submit comments and questions to Madelyn LeMay, Director of Planning and Development by January 25th:

Submissions for both By-laws will be shared with Council prior to their decision at Second Reading on January 26, 2021.
